This website is operated by Vylink Studios LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. It describes our web design and marketing services and lets you contact us.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Please do not try to disrupt or probe the site, gain unauthorized access, use automated tools to submit the contact form, or send spam, malware or unlawful content through it. We may block access for anyone who does.

Quotes and pricing

Information on this site, including price ranges, timelines and example projects, is general and is not an offer or a contract. Sending the contact form does not create a contract or obligate either of us.

A project begins only with a written agreement signed by both parties. It sets the price, scope and schedule, and it takes priority over anything on this site.

Our work and content

The text, design, logo, mascot and other content on this site belong to Vylink Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal or ordinary business reference, but you may not copy or reuse them to promote another business without our written permission.

Project screenshots and client names are shown with the client’s permission. The clients’ own sites, photos and marks belong to them.

Links to other sites

We are not responsible for the content or practices of the websites we link to.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vylink Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site, and we aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If something is hard to use, email ruben@vylinkstudios.com and we will help you and fix it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Changes and translations

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

A Spanish translation is provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the English version controls.
