Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, business name (optional), budget range (optional), preferred language, and your message.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send.

Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. We use it to keep the site running and secure.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors. This site does not set cookies. Your light or dark display choice is saved in your own browser and is never sent to us.

How we use it

We use contact form and email information to reply to you, prepare quotes, send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message, and keep records of our business. We use hosting logs to operate and protect the site, for example to block abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our email, and only so they can do that work for us: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivers the contact form emails) and Google Workspace (our email inbox).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If the business is ever sold or reorganized, your information may be transferred to the new owner.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply to you and for our business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we must keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing ruben@vylinkstudios.com. We do not send marketing emails. If that ever changes, we will ask first and every message will include an unsubscribe link.

Because we do not track visitors across websites, there is nothing to switch off with a “Do Not Track” signal, and we treat every visitor the same way. No third party collects personal information about you through this site for its own purposes.

Residents of some states, such as California, have additional privacy rights. We handle reasonable requests from any visitor, wherever they live.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and only the owner can read contact form messages. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as our Facebook and Instagram pages and our clients’ sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
